All Angel Healing Crystals are fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it, unused and undamaged, within seven days for a credit or refund of pendant cost only. Please call before returning any crystal: 330.604.4834. Insure the package and include reason for lack of satisfaction. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
Custom Pendants: Custom pendants may also be returned within seven days. The pendant will be posted on this website, and once the pendant sells, a refund (less shipping/handling) will be issued.
